Michael Hankerson

Michael has always been an entrepreneur who specialized in sales and marketing.  Prior to real estate, his background was in technology where he built multiple companies from the ground up.

As the Managing Broker for the Real Broker office at Scottsdale Fashion Square Mall, Michael wears two hats:

1. Help clients Buy, Sell, and Invest in Real Estate.
2. Hire, Train, Coach, and Manage Real Estate Agents to increase their business,  lead their best possible lives, and help them give their clients the best possible service.

Michael’s understanding of the dozens of forms used in real estate, and his ability to effectively communicate how they are used, resolve disputes, and negotiate favorable outcomes gives both his agents and clients an advantage.  Michael’s background in building businesses and technology is also an advantage in understanding complex situations and coming up with simple processes to manage them.   Michael’s background in sales and marketing gives his Sellers an advantage to get their home in front of the most possible Buyers.  And Michael’s persistence and creativity mean that when things are not working as they are supposed to, he can still figure out a way to get things done.  Real estate is a simple business that can get complicated very quickly… so, Who you work with matters!  💪

Family is very important to Michael, and he is the proud father of twin daughters.  Michael was born and raised in Arizona and attended High School at Brophy College Prep and College at ASU.  Michael has lived most of his life in the Town of Paradise Valley, McCormick Ranch, and near Old Town Scottsdale / Arcadia, but he is a member of multiple MLS’s including, Metro Phoenix, Tucson, Prescott, Sedona, Kingman, and Michael sells property all over Arizona.

Michael also loves the outdoors and being active.  He is a member of the Gainey Village Health Club where he and his daughters work out multiple times a week.  Michael and his daughters also enjoy hiking, UTV rides, river rafting, and cooking, and have dozens of videos of these adventures on our lifestyle page, plus YouTube, Facebook, and Instagram accounts
